Yes we do! Tracking is provided to you via email as soon as we have your ZampleBox packaged and your shipping label slapped on it (typically within 1-2 business days)! 


If your order (or ZampleBox renewal) goes through on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you may see your order ship out on Monday or Tuesday! This is because we continue to package ZampleBoxes after USPS makes their pick-up for the day. We do this to get your ZampleBox to you as soon as possible!


Your tracking notification email will have the Subject Line: "Your ZampleBox is on its way!" and contain a button that says “Track My Box”. Simply click this button to track your order. 


 If you do not see this in your inbox, you may want to check your spam or junk mail folders.


You can also check your tracking information right on your "User Account Dashboard" page. 


1. Go to the Login Page and log in using your email address and password.

2. On the right side of the page, under the 'My Boxes' section, click the 'Track Your Box' button.


US Customers - USPS may take between 24-72 hours to update your tracking information. 


International Customers - Tracking numbers will also be provided for international orders. Tracking for international shipments frequently stops after arriving in Bell, CA, but please know that your shipment is still on it's way to you even after tracking visibility has been lost.  Members will still get their ZampleBox within a 2-4 week time frame depending on your country’s customs process!
