The Send Now button is available on the My Next Box section of the User Account Dashboard. To find it, first click the My Next Box button.
From there, just click the Send Now button on the right hand side of the page!
When you use this button, it tells our system to charge you for a new box right away, and soon that box will be on the road! Read more about our shipping time frames here.
In addition to creating a new ZampleBox order for you, this button now also skips your next renewal automatically! If your scheduled renewal was June 21st, and you use Send Now before that date, your next renewal date will be pushed back one month to July 21st!
Once you confirm this action on the dialog window and the transaction occurs, preparation for your shipment begins immediately!
PLEASE NOTE: Please know that each time you press the Send Now button, this will cause a charge to immediately take place on your card, and your renewal date will be pushed back one month. Please ONLY use the Send Now button if you want to purchase a box now.
