After your purchase or renewal occurs, it then takes 1-2 business days for your shipment to get packed up and put in to transit. This means that if you order on Friday, it should ship on or before Tuesday. We provide tracking information for your shipment as soon as it enters transit- learn more here!

    • 3-7 business days
  • FedEx Ground
    • 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • FedEx 2Day
    • By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences)
Please know that during the winter holiday season (late November through January), shipments may take a little longer to complete the transit process. This is due to seasonal order volume.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

US Customers - USPS may take between 48-72 hours to update your tracking information. 


International Customers - Tracking numbers will also be provided for International orders. The tracking number may take some extra time to update due to the longer distance being traveled without a scan.  Please do not worry if your tracking information isn't working- members will still get their ZampleBox within a 2-3 week time frame!
