Your billing date is the day you placed your order. For convenience and peace of mind, we deduct the amount for your subscription automatically each month. Your time is very valuable and we don't want you to have to waste your time logging back into the website each month to have to pay.


Your reoccurring billing date is the same date that you place your order. For example: if you place your order on the 4th of the month, your next ZampleBox would bill on the 4th of the following month and then ship out!


You can see when your next box is expected to ship when you log in and go to your account page. It will ship around 1-2 business days from your billing date. It's also easy to change your billing date!






PLEASE NOTE: If you make a change to your ZampleBox subscription on or after the day your subscription renews, your changes will be applied on the next future renewal.
