If there ever comes a time when you have to cancel your ZampleBox subscription, making this change is simple, but before you make that decision, we hope you'll let us know if there's anything we can do to help. Remember, you also have the option to Skip A Month instead!

PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel your subscription, this will reset the number of available reservation slots you have earned!


To deactivate your service, please follow these steps:


1. Go to the Login Page and log in with your ZampleBox account.


2. If you have more than one ZampleBox subscription on your account, make sure you select the one you want to cancel from the drop down menu!




3. Scroll down. On the left side under the My Info Box, click on the Cancel this membership link. 




4. On the next page, select your reason for cancelling and leave us any additional comments you have. Click "Continue" to finalize your cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: If you deactivate your ZampleBox subscription on or after the day your subscription renews, that change will not apply in time to prevent that renewal from occurring. If you are unsure about any changes that you have made or would like to make on your account, let us know online by submitting a support ticket here and we will help you out!
