Following a recent site update, our website will validate your shipping address before it allows your shipment to go out, which prevents lost shipments before they happen. If you've been a subscriber for awhile, you may be surprised to be asked to update your address- "If it wasn't a problem before, why is it a problem now?"- but don't worry! If it's never been a problem with your address in the past, that just means that the area of concern is probably an issue of formatting.
Sometimes, the address you need to use differs a little bit from what the carrier expects, so the website will tell you that the address can't be used.
If that happens to you, you do have the option to confirm that the address being submitted is absolutely valid.
